• The exchange of beach / pool towels will be made upon return of the voucher delivered to the reception.

• We can do a lot for the world, through small gestures that reduce the environmental impact, as in the change of bed linen, which can be done respecting the minimum interval of 3 (three) days between one change and another.

• The use of masks is mandatory. Use them when you are walking around our common areas and during tours.

• Wash your hands frequently or use gel alcohol, available in all areas of the hotel.

• Respect the minimum distance and avoid lengths with kisses, hugs and handshakes;

• The Hotel is not responsible for values ​​or valuables not declared to the reception. It is recommended to keep objects and valuables in the room safe, whose password is registered by the guest himself.

• The Hotel's facilities are for guests. Entry and use by unregistered friends and family at reception is not permitted. For visits to the common areas of the hotel, it is necessary to fill out the FNRH and pay the day use (subject to availability).
